The apartment is located in the Demelza Beach complex.
It is renovated and has a spacious, air-conditioned living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms with proper-sized windows and a bathroom with a window. What makes this property even more attractive is a very big terrace, half-covered by a roof, from which you can enjoy spectacular sea and mountain views. The outside entrance is fenced off and hence very private and secure. Additionally there is also a storage room with separate entry, a rare feature in this complex.
The apartment can be accessed from the bottom street, or from the top parking area; in each case the access is a combination of a lift and stairs.
In Demelza Beach you will find a couple of pools and a little shop.

Playa del Cura is a little out of the way from main tourist areas and therefore a little bit more authentic and quiet, for the South of Gran Canaria. However, not only is it close to Cura Beach, a little further there is Tauro beach and Amadores Beach, one of the best on the island, then Puerto Rico. In the vicinity of the complex there is a small shopping centre with Spar supermarket, pharmacy and several bars and restaurants. If you need anything more specific, it is a short drive to get anywhere, the motorway exit is very close. If you don’t drive, there is a frequent bus (to Puerto Rico, Maspalomas, the airport, Las Palmas to name a few direct destinations).
